Luca Bellan (1997) obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Economic Law from the University of Padua in July 2019 and subsequently earned his Master’s Degree in Law and Economics from the University of Bologna in October 2022.
In February 2024, he completed with honors a Master of Laws (LL.M) in European Private Law at the University of Rome "Sapienza."
Between February and September 2022, he undertook a six-month curricular internship at the Department of Sociology and Economic Law at the University of Bologna. This experience allowed him to deepen his knowledge of financial market law, corporate law, and European Union banking law.
Since September 2023, he has served as a teaching tutor at the University of Bologna for the Master’s degree courses "Law and Economics of International Finance" and "Quantitative Finance" in the subject "European Capital Markets and Banking Regulation."
From February 2024, he has also been a teaching tutor for the course "European Union Law" within the undergraduate degree program in Development and International Cooperation.
Between December 2023 and April 2024, he completed an internship in "Banking and Financial Regulation" at Accenture.
In May 2023, he was awarded the "Economics and Law" prize for the best scientific publication on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the journal of the same name, with his contribution entitled "Reflections on Financial Stability Regulation."
In June of the same year, he won the "America Youth Award for University Talent," a recognition given by the Italy-USA Foundation to the top thousand Italian graduates whose study plans align with the Foundation’s objectives.
