WORK EXPERIENCES

CEO and Co-Founder at AdapTronics srl, a deep-tech startup, Spin-Off of the University of Bologna, enabling intelligent and sustainable logistics for Earth and Space, with a vision to revolutionize current mechanisms for grasping objects of all shapes, sizes and materials. Duties include:

  • Administration;
  • Research and Development;
  • Writing calls, projects, and business plan;
  • Relationship with investors, customers, employees, suppliers

From 02/05/2022- today

"R&D Mechanical Engineer" in the R&D department at BOSCH company, VHIT spa, in Offanengo, Crema, Italy, following research activities for

  • the development of numerical tools and experimental protocols for Condition Monitoring of Mechanical Oil Pumps, developing analytical and numerical models for tribological fatigue and damage accumulation in lubricated mechanical systems such as oil pumps with variable displacement;
  • Connectivity and predictive diagnostics/maintenance, developing stochastic models for predicting component life, lubrication capacity, fuel dilution, filter plugging, and component wear of a vane pump and PC/HD engine.

The work activity was carried out from 01/04/2014 to 31/10/2016.
