Currently my main research interests are focused on:
1) study and application of epidemiological methods to
assess the efficacy of health care and issues related to
maternal and infant health problems (cesarean delivery
and infant mortality);
2) infection control in community and hospital setting;
3) efficacy of interventions to promote physical activity in
healthy people (primary prevention) and patients with subacute and
chronic disease (tertiary prevention).
