Research fellow since 15/01/2023 at DIMEC department of the University of Bologna, she is working as Clinical Study Coordinator at IRCCS S. Orsola Malpighi in Bologna - Hematology-lymphoma Operating Unit. The focus of the activity is the management of patients with lymphoma and the lymphoproliferative syndromes enrolled in clinical trials and treated with monoclonal antibodies.
Basic Activities
- Management of phase I-II-III clinical protocols
- PI/SUB-I support in the evaluation of patient eligibility
- Support PI/SUB-I in the scheduling of visits, examinations required by the clinical protocol
- Support PI/SUB-I in SAE and AE reporting
- Collection and storage of informed consents once signed by the patient
- Randomization through IWRS of the patient
- Processing and shipping of biological materials required by the practice
- Drug temperature and accounting management
- Temperature collection and accounting management in conjunction with pharmacists with infusion medications
- Participation in weekly meetings with PIs and SUB -Is and writing related report on items addressed
- Participation in monthly meetings with study nurses
- Delivery and collection of patient-specific study questionnaires
- Oral medication dispensing. Withdrawal of medication reported by the patient.
- Medication assignment with iwrs system.
- Data entry and management: query closure, data expansion required by sponsor.
- Training on GCP, IATA
- Support in compilation in periodic reports to CE.
Education
Graduated on 22/03/2022 in Molecular and Cellular Biology from FABIT department of the University of Bologna. Obtained the license to practice as a Biologist (section A) on 07/25/2022.
