Jenny Guidi, Ph.D., is currently Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology at the Department of Psychology 'Renzo Canestrari' of the University of Bologna, a certified Psychosomatic Specialist (ICPM) and a certified Well-Being Therapy Specialist and Trainer (AWBT). She is Editor-in-Chief of Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics (IF 16.3), a top journal in psychiatry and psychology. She graduated with laude in Psychology in 2002 and got further training in Health Psychology (4-year program) at the University of Bologna. She spent some time in the United States (Boston, MA) and has been working as a Research Associate at the Massachusetts General Hospital – Harvard Medical School, where she is currently Honorary Consultant at Clinical Trials Network and Institute (CTNI). She pursued a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Bologna in 2011. She has been working as a post-doc researcher there for six years, and became Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology in 2016. She is author/coauthor of more than 80 articles published in international high-impact journals. Her current h-index is 35 (Scopus).
