Member of the Pharmaceutical Botany Research Group. She is passionate about plant specialized metabolites, which she investigates through metabolomics approaches—using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, mass spectrometry (MS), or classical phytochemical techniques. Her research aims to achieve an in-depth understanding of plants by exploring their metabolome and its variation in relation to phenological development and in response to environmental or anthropogenic stimuli. In parallel, she works on the identification of bioactive compounds with potential applications in the medical, agricultural, and environmental fields.
