Her research focuses on: 1) program evaluation methodology; 2) how innovation policies or innovation strategies (technological and non-technological) affect firm performance; 3) the analysis of the effects of internationalization strategies on firm performance; 4) the applications of data mining in private and public organizations in the areas of retail marketing, customer relationship management and policy evaluation.
