Greta Serpente

PhD student in Management at the University of Bologna from A.Y. 2019-2020. Her research interests are in the field of entrepreneurship. The current research project she is working on is about Entrepreneurship Education and Training by Entrepreneurial Support Organizations. She has been conducting research during the master's degree on the role of trust on human capital during an M&A between a start-up and an incumbent firm.
