Greta is a Ph.D. student in Management at Alma Mater Studiorum-University of Bologna, Italy. Her research interests are related toentrepreneurship and innovation. The current research project sheis working on is about Entrepreneurship Education and Training byEntrepreneurial Support Organizations. She has been conductingresearch during the master's degree on role of trust on humancapital during an M&A between a start-up and an incumbent firm.
