Graduated in building engineering-architecture, she obtained the title of PhD in Architecture and Design Cultures at the Department of Architecture of the University of Bologna in June 2024 with a thesis entitled "How to plan for a circular city: a decision-support framework for integrating circularity within urban policies and plans". From October to January 2022 she was a visiting PhD at the AMS Institute in Amsterdam.
She is currently a research fellow at the Department of Architecture and manager of the Urban Economy Clust-ER of the Emilia-Romagna Region.
She is part of the
"Planning and Regeneration" research group [https://site.unibo.it/planningandregeneration/en] coordinated by Prof. Tondelli, and collaborates in numerous European and National projects including ENLIGHTENme (H2020), LINUS (PRIN), TRIGGER (Horizon Europe).
