In 2012 she published in the magazine Munus Volume II pag. 1-42, the article “Sul grado di interazione tra sistema giuridico e sistema economico: il caso del promotore nella finanza di progetto". In 2016 she published the contribution Modernizzazione del mercato degli appalti pubblici nella proposta di direttiva comunitaria". and the article La regolamentazione della domanda pubblica alla luce della legge delega di recepimento delle nuove direttive: il ruolo dell'amministrazione, in Rivista di Diritto pubblico comunitario n. 1, 2016.

In 2015 published the article Services of General Economic Interest In-between EU and Italiana Law, in Universal Journal of Management

A different research topic is related to the telematic language that led to the publication of the article L'incidenza delle forme telematiche sul linguaggio dei pubblici poteri nei rapporti con privati, Volume di Studi in onore di Cicognani, Collana di Dipartimento di Diritto dell'Economia e delle Imprese, CEDAM, Padova, 2012.

The prevailing interest in the latter period concerns the issues of regulating Community markets.

In 2015 he published in the Informator Magazine n. 1/2015, the article entitled The rating of companies cannot remain one of the many Manzonian cries in identifying the reward measures. In 2016 he published in the Italian Journal of Community Law, n. 1/2016, the article entitled The regulation of public demand in the light of the delegated law for the transposition of the new directives: the role of the administration. In fact, it is in recent years that the studies are mainly directed on market regulation. In this context, he wrote a short contribution entitled The law beyond the state: positive and negative effects of globalization, in the Collective volume of the Department of Sociology and Economic Law of the University of Bologna, After globalization: challenges to society and right, AA.VV., Curator MA Stefanelli, 2017, Giappichelli, pp. 163-174. THIRD MISSION
1995 on behalf of the League of Local Autonomies for administrators of local authorities, he participated in Mantua at the conference entitled Quality of local public services, presenting the paper School catering and current legislation. 1995 ANCPL Industriali Edili ed alike organized a conference entitled The new procurement discipline at the Municipality of La Spezia where, as a speaker, the interested party gave a report presenting a paper entitled The award procedures of supply contracts above and below the Community threshold. The study day was held on 10 and 11 July 1995, at the Study Center of the Cassa di Risparmio di La Spezia

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. In the years 1989, 1998 and 1999, at the request of the Association of Provider Treasurers of Hospitals, you gave reports at the national conferences of that association. The papers presented concerned supplies and service contracts.1999 you carried out seminars for the Format company, aimed at a very varied audience of interlocutors, generally relating to public administrations or investee companies, on the subject of public works contracts, supplies and services. 2000 you held a refresher course for staff at the Emilia Romagna Region as part of a seminar on the Bassanini Law, presenting a report entitled The one-stop shop for productive activities. 2009 were speaker of a thematic study day for administrative staff at the Modena Polyclinic, on the subject of work contracts, services and supplies. 2010 she was appointed with D.M. 6.12.2010, by the Ministry of Grace and Justice, member of the Lawyer Commission for the 2010 session at the Court of Appeal of Bologna. 25.3.2011,  was speaker at the seminar organized by the Council of the Modena Bar, on public procurement, presenting a report entitled The Implementing and Implementing Regulation of the Public Contracts Code (Presidential Decree No. 20.7.2010 ). The seminar was held at the Modena Chamber of Commerce. 2011 you participated, as a speaker, in the Risk Management in Health Forum held in Arezzo on 25.11.2011, presenting a paper entitled The simplification of contracts in the light of EU directives. Since 2013 have been registered with the Arbitration-Public Procurement Chamber of Rome.
From 2014 to 2020 was appointed President of the Commission for qualifying exams to practice the profession of chartered accountants and auditors, at the University of Bologna. In 2021 you were called to carry out the activity of Referee in the framework of the Call for the funding of Research Projects of the University of Perugia, at the Steering Committee Research group. Since 2021 he has been a member of the Referee of the online magazine www.ambientediritto.it, class A.Since 2021 he has been part of the research group of the University of Bologna, headed by prof. Maria Alessandra Stefanelli, regarding P.M.I.

06.05.2021 participates in the online conference: The new European regulation on artificial intelligence. What does it foresee, what is missing, what to do.

On 21.04.2022, she participated as a speaker at the Conference Environment and ecology: between historical, regulatory and behavioral profiles, with an exhibition on the ecological transition and renewable sources, with the patronage of UNIMORE, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia
On 22.04.2022, on the occasion of World Earth Day, she participated as a speaker at the International Conference Silent Spring: a Woman, a History, a Future, with an exhibition entitled The problem of waste in the circular economy, organized from the University of Foggia.
