2010: Responsible of the course on Chemical methods for Restoration at the National Museum of Ghana (Accra-Ghana), within the project “Capacity Building and Activation of Pilot Initiatives for the Valorisation of Cultural Heritage” founded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Dr. Sciutto has been and is co-supervisor of several Bachelor, graduate and doctorate theses performed by students attending different courses of studies in Chemistry, Science for the conservation-restoration of Cultural Heritage and in Advanced spectroscopy in chemistry. She is co-supervisor of two PhD thesis in Chemical Sciences.

- Evaluation of new materials for restoration
- Study of the state of conservation and degradation mechanisms in artistic samples.

- FT-IR Spectroscopy and Microscopy in the Mid and Near spectral ranges
- Raman and Xray-Fluorescence spectroscopy
- Multispectral and Hyperspectral imaging (HSI)
- Chemometric methods for the analysis of analytical signals and for the elaboration of hyperspectral chemical maps
- Immunochemical methods
