She is Project Manager and Researcher of Fondazione Grameen Italia for the study and implementation of Microcredit and Social Business programs in Italy.
Her main research interests are: microcredit and social inclusion; social impact assessment of development and inclusion programs; effectiveness and efficiency of psychotherapies, behavioral finance and economic psychology; management of group dynamics in organizational contexts; business development techniques and self-entrepreneurship training.
