Graduated with honours in Electronic Engineering in 2008 (Bachelor) and in 2011 (Master) at the University of Bologna, he obtained the Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering from University of Bologna and KU Leuven University in Belgium (double degree) in 2016.
Since 2015 he is tutor for Fundamentals of Electronics for Automation for the Automation Engineering Laurea Degree. He has been daily supervisor for several Bachelor and Master thesis on electronics and electronic measurement.
Research activity within the Research Group on Electronic Design and Measurement for RF and Industrial Applications (EDM-LAB) on high-frequency electronics, electronic measurements and characterization of microwave devices/systems, and on the development of electronic instrumentation. He is a reviewer for a number of IEEE journals, among which TMTT, TIM, TCAS-II, MWCL, and for the European Microwave Conference. Member of the IEEE MTT-S and I&M societies, and ARFTG.
