Professional Profile
Secondary school teacher and adjunct lecturer at the University of Bologna, she carries out teaching and training activities in the field of inclusive education, special pedagogy, and teaching for students with special educational needs.
Her professional and research interests focus in particular on inclusion processes, psycho-educational interventions for relational and behavioral disorders, individualized educational planning, and learning dynamics in contemporary schools.

Education
She graduated in Contemporary History from the University of Bologna in 2009 and obtained a Master’s Degree in Historical Sciences (with honors) in 2012 from the same university.
In 2019, she earned a second Master’s Degree in Clinical and Rehabilitative Psychology from Unicusano University.
In 2020, she obtained the Specialization for Support Teaching (TFA – upper secondary school) at the University of Macerata.
She subsequently completed:
- Second-level Master’s Degree in School Leadership and Management (Unicusano University)
- Second-level Master’s Degree in Leadership and Strategic School Management (University of Bologna)
- First-level Master’s Degree in Socio-literary Disciplines

Professional Career
After initial experience in adult education (2005–2010), she began her career in secondary education, gaining significant expertise in special education support and psycho-educational intervention.
From 2017 to 2020, she worked as a fixed-term teacher in several schools in the Ravenna area.
From 2020 to 2025, she was a tenured special education teacher at the “Torricelli Ballardini” High School in Faenza, where she held several organizational and leadership roles.
Since September 1, 2025, she has been a tenured teacher at the I.C. Bassi in Castel Bolognese, teaching humanities subjects in lower secondary school.
Since 2023, she has also been working as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Bologna within the TFA support program.
Teaching Activities
She teaches in both lower and upper secondary schools, focusing on:
- subject teaching (Italian, History, Geography);
- inclusive education and support teaching;
- individualized educational planning (IEP/PEI);
- psycho-educational interventions for relational and behavioral disorders.
