Chartered Accountant registered with the Bologna Bar.

Registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors.

Partner of Studio Gnudi Professional Association since 2007.

Adjunct professor at UNIBO since 2014 of subjects relating to the financial statements and the consolidated financial statements. In particular, he explores topics related to international accounting standards, business combinations and ESG sustainability principles.

He mainly deals with corporate, accounting and tax consultancy, extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions) and the valuation of companies and shareholdings.

Statutory auditor of numerous companies, including listed ones. In this context, he is currently engaged in in-depth studies relating to financial institutions, in particular banks.
