Born in Bologna, 9 October 1970.
Chartered Accountant, admitted to the ‘Association of Chartered Accountants of Bologna’ and to the ‘Association of Auditors’ in 2003.
He joined Studio Gnudi in 2000 and has been a partner since 2007.
He previously worked for a leading international auditing firm.
He deals mainly with consultancy on company matters (accounting and taxation) extraordinary transactions (mergers, spin-offs and contributions of assets), assistance in the preparation of balance sheets, company valuations and company shareholdings.
He has acquired particular expertise in consultancy on questions of international accounting principles.
He is Statutory Auditor to several companies, including quoted companies.
He is a lecturer on a degree course (I° level) in Economics (‘Economia e Professione’) organised by the Faculty of Economics, University of Bologna as well as a lecturer at Scuola Superiore dell’Economia e delle Finanze.He is a member of the committee of technical consultants of the Bologna law court.
He speaks fluent English.
