Professor of Business Statistics of various courses concerning the analytical systems of micro-data treatment for CRM and CVM. For years he has been dealing with projects related to statistical applications in the company, with particular regard to the issues of enhancement of DB-customers, especially for business purposes related to communication and micro-marketing. His recent research interests are related to studies for the implementation of semi-industrial analytical systems that integrate modern data analysis techniques with qualitative research approaches, using the latest innovations in information technology as final circuits. In particular, it is occupied by data mining methods and models for the choice of subjective choices in defining the driving parameters of a customer profiling project, estimated discriminating models with kernel space (for customer profiling and credit score) and selection approach linked to the theory of information complexity.
