Electronic Engineer with Specialization in Business Management

Electronic Engineer with Specialization in Business Management - Tutor at the Department of Business Sciences of the University of Bologna - Commissioner for State Exams for the qualification to practice the profession of Industrial Engineer at AFORM - University of Bologna - Currently in the Emilia Romagna Region as an expert IT and Telematics Officer of the Operation and Management Service in the Innovation and Simplification Area of the Information Systems of the Legislative Assembly.

- He entered the Public Administration in 2019 as an IT Officer for the Ministry of Justice at the General Directorate of Automated Information Systems, where he held the positions of Sole Process Manager and Director of the execution of "IT services and supplies" contracts and participates, both as a Member and as President, in various "Verification and Testing Commissions" for the supply of customized network monitoring software for central and territorial internal offices, Departments and Directorates (DOG/DAG/DAP/DNAA) and for the National Data Centers (in particular the strategic hubs of Balduina and the Cassation). He also collaborates in the definition of innovative projects and the development of management software systems (DB) for the management of Justice Personnel and for automated workflows. From 2020 to 2022, as contact person for Italy for the Ministry of Justice, he follows the project of the Unified European Patent Court (with an Italian base in Milan).

- In Rome he follows CyberSecurity and IT Architecture courses for the Ministry organized by the National CyberLab CINI - CINECA, Oracle DB PM (Oracle University) and Project Management and Contract Code organized by the CRUI (Conference of Rectors of Italian Universities) and Public Management at the National School of Public Administration.

- He was a researcher at the Biomedical Technologies service of the Sant'Orsola-Malpighi University Hospital in Bologna (a.y. '95-'96 -'97-'98) for the implementation of a certified quality and safety management system ISO 9001 with publication of results in the specialized magazine "De Sanitate" and in 2000 resumed as the first chapter of the volume "Quality and Safety of Medical Systems" Prometeo series, Tecna Publisher for La Sapienza University, Rome. - He has long experience as Manager/Leader (in General Electric from 1998 to 2013) in a multinational context on Corporate Strategic Policies for Quality, Environment and Safety (GE Medical Systems spa HealthCare - Sales & Service Italy, Israel, Turkey, Greece, Malta ) where he followed certified Management, Leadership and Professional courses in the "GE Learning Center" and Six Sigma Certification.

- Expert in Corporate Management Systems and Software for Compliance (EHS and ESG) he participated in the definition of the requirements, development and implementation of GENSUITE in GE HealthCare (spin off of General Electric) with which he collaborated for Evolutionary Maintenance and dissemination of the SW now Enterprise Social Responsibility of GENSUITE Benchmark to SMEs.

- Passionate about technical-scientific knowledge and dissemination, he has experience as a teacher at STEM high schools, he has also collaborated with various public and private Italian universities (State and Bicocca University of Milan, University of Udine) in courses, teaching, tutoring and seminars, both Technical (Safety, Quality and Functionality of Diagnostic and Monitoring Systems) and Management (ISO / OHSAS Standards) and Soft Skills for young Engineers in Unibo.

- Expert in safety standards of electro-medical equipment (Electromyography Diagnostics, Vital Parameters Monitoring / Ultrasound / Magnetic Resonance / Nuclear Medicine / XRay-CT-Cyclotron) and Member State (from 2002 to 2008 on behalf of General Electric Medical Systems) of the Commission CT 62B Technique (Electromedical Equipment) of the CEI (Italian Electrotechnical Committee) participating in the work of transposing the variations of the EN-IEC 60601-1 Standard into the Italian CEI62-5 Standard. He was also responsible and auditor (national and international) of process development, implementation and certification projects (Quality Assurance - ISO 9001 and ISO 13485/ EHS - ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, Global Star / Health-head for Wellbeing Organizational) and products. (with various bodies LRQ-TUV-DNV-CERMET-GMED etc.)

- He has also been a member of the Order of Engineers of Bologna since 1995 and as a CTU at the court since 2006, and has carried out the design of electrical systems, checks and appraisals on electro-medical equipment and systems and sensitive databases.
