My research interests include economic analysis of law, with special focus on the economics of lawmaking (e.g., Parisi and Fon, Economics of Lawmaking, Oxford University Press, 2009), comparative law and economics, economics of contracts, torts and property law.

Additional interests include public choice theory and economic models of collective decisionmaking.
