Francesco Muzzarelli (born in Bologna
in 1967) is senior trainer in Management Education, director of
classic psychodrama and 1st level PAS applier of the Feuerstein
method.
Certified member of the Italian Trainer Association, works since
twelve years as trainer/consultant/lecturer for private and public
companies, schools and universities. The main fields of
intervention of Dr. Muzzarelli are the analysis and development of
human resources (organizational behavior, communication processes,
managerial skills), the supervision of working groups and the
trainers' training.
Since 2002-2003 is adjunct Professor at the Faculty of
Educational Sciences of the University of Bologna teaching classes
on the management of human resources and the application of the
classic psychodrama to the educational processes.
Dr. Muzzarelli is instructor of group dynamic (advanced course)
at the Milan School of psychodrama directed by Giovanni Boria.
He is also instructor at the Department of Communication of the
University of San Marino and the Department of Economics of the
University of Parma.
He is supervisor, teacher and member of the scientific committee
of the National Association of Practicing Cardiologists in the
field of cardiovascular and pulmonary emergency/urgency.
Dr. Muzzarelli is author of more than 100 publications in the
field of Economics and Management and winner of many academic
awards.
