Francesco Montani

Francesco Montani is Senior Researcher in Human Resource Management and Organization at the University of Bologna. He carries out his research in the field of organizational behavior and human resource management. He has been Assistant Professor in Organizational Psychology at Université de Sherbrooke, and, subsequently, Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at Montpellier Business School and at the International University of Monaco. He is member of the Editorial Review Board for the Journal of Organizational Behavior. His research interests embrace the analysis of the determinants and consequences of creativity and innovation in organizations, with reference to the relationships between creativity/innovation, socialization, well-being, mindfulness and compassion at an individual, group and organizational level. He is involved in national and international research projects and is the author of numerous international publications.
