Short Bio

Junior assistant professor (fixed-term) at the Department of Legal Studies of the University of Bologna, he carries out his research activities in the field of new technologies law. The research interests are currently addressed, more specifically, to the issues of ethics, privacy and data protection in the field of scientific research.

Former post-doctoral fellow at the Alma Mater Research Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (Alma AI) of the University of Bologna from 2018 to 2022. Ph.D in Law and New Technologies at CIRSFID - ALMA AI since July 2017, he is also an Honorary Fellow at the chair of Legal Computer Science of the University of Bologna since 2014, of which he was also Teaching Tutor in 2019.

Engaged in national and international research projects, such as Genomed4All and CompuLaw, he is also the author of scientific publications on legal informatics, ethics, privacy and data protection.
