My research interests concern the psychological correlates of remote work, leadership processes in organizations, organizational innovation, employee well-being.

I am a member of the SFELAV (formerly ICT-On) Research Group, in which I have, since February 2018, first completed 500 hours of curricular internship and then a year of research fellowship.
Since 2019, I am a member of AIP (Associazione Italiana di Psicologia, section of "Psicologia delle Organizzazioni"), EAWOP (European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology) e FOWOP (Future of Work and Organizational Psychology).

Since 2021, I have been Review Editor for Frontiers in Psychology (Editorial Board of Positive Psychology from January 2021 to March 2023, Editorial Board of Organizational Psychology from March 2023 to present) and a SIPLO (Italian Society of Work and Organizational Psychology) member. In this same year, AIP (Italian Association of Psychology), section Psychology for Organizations, awarded me a prize for the Best Scientific Article published in 2020 by a young researcher. Three years later, I had the honor of seeing another article, of which I was a co-author, awarded the same prize.
Since 2022, I have been a member of APA (American Psychological Association).
EDUCATION
Secondary school diploma with full marks (100/100). Afterward, I attended the Bachelor's program and completed initial exams in Management Engineering at the University of Salerno.
Following a brief work experience and a new university choice, I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences at the University "Gabriele d'Annunzio" of Chieti-Pescara (110/110, cum Laude) in 2016. In 2018, I graduated in Psychology of Organizations and Services (Master's degree) at the Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna (110/110, cum Laude).
In June 2019, I attended the Summer School "The multilevel approach to the analysis of nested data: introduction and applications" (32 h) at the Catholic University of Milan.
Since the A.A. 2019-2020, I was a PhD student, winner of a scholarship funded by the central university budget (first place in "Psychological Sciences") - PhD Program in "Psychology", University of Bologna.
From October 2021 to January 2022, I spent a three-months research period at the University of Valencia (Spain) as Visiting PhD Researcher.
In December 2021, I completed the Postgraduate Course (Corso di Perfezionamento) in "Narrative Medicine" at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (final exam grade: 30/30).
In June 2023, I became Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) in Psychology (Excellent cum Laude; University of Bologna). At the end of the same year, I was finally qualified for the position of associate professor in Italy, in the competitive sector 11/E3 (social, work, and organizational psychology).
