I have been a member of the LHCb collaboration at CERN since 2015, where my main research focus is the measurement of CP violation in the decays of hadrons containing the charm quark. I am particularly known as the lead author of the measurement that established the existence of CP violation in charm meson decays. I have also worked on lepton flavour universality measurements in semitauonic decays of the B^0 meson, and I have contributed to the combination of results for the determination of the CKM angle γ and of the CP violation and mixing parameters of charm mesons, both within LHCb and in collaboration with members of the UTfit collaboration. I have further participated in the study of new electromagnetic calorimeter prototypes for the LHCb detector Upgrade-1b and Upgrade-2. I have also worked on the monitoring and performance of the LHCb RICH detector.
