EDUCATION and ACADEMIC CAREER

1986: Master Degree in Chemistry at the University of Bologna.

1991: PhD from the University of Bologna. November 1989 and November 1988: visiting scientist at the Risoe National Laboratory, Roskilde, Denmark.

1991-1992: Postdoc (Fellowship from Italian National Research Council (NRC) for studies abroad) at the NRC of Canada, Ottawa.

1992-1993: Research Associate at the NRC of Canada, Ottawa.

1994 and 1995: Visiting scientist at the National Research Council (NRC)

1993: Assistant professor (Ricercatore) at the Department of Chemistry of the University of Bologna

2001: Associate Professor at the Department of Chemistry of the University of Bologna.

2016: Full Professor at the Department of Chemistry of the University of Bologna.

F. Negri is the author of more than 170 scientific publications in refereed international journals and of four book chapters.

Her h-index is 43 (WOS).

F. Negri has been invited to give talks in national and international congresses and seminar lessons in several schools.

 

Refereeing activity:

She is a regular referee of international journals such as the Journal of Physical Chemistry, Carbon, Chemistry of Materials, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Chemical Physics and Chemical Physics Letters, Journal of Materials Chemistry and several others.

She has been the referee of a number of national (FIRB, PRIN, ISCRA) and international projects (ACS Petroleum Research Fund, USA; EU FP7; Technology Foundation, Olanda) .

September-October 2013 she took part to the CHE panel and refereed 18 Marie Curie projects, FP7, of these 4 where IIF, 3 IOF and 11 IEF. She participated to the consensus meetings in Bruxelles and was rapporteur for 5 of these projects.

October-November 2014 she took part to the CHE panel and refereed 19 H2020-MSCA-IF-2014 projects. She participated to the consensus meetings in Bruxelles and was rapporteur for 6 of these projects.

October-November 2015 she took part to the Chemistry panel and refereed 17 H2020-MSCA-IF-2015 projects. She participated to the consensus meetings in Bruxelles and was rapporteur for 6 of these projects.
