Currently the research activities concern the following sectors:

MACHINES FOR BIOLOGICAL DEFENSE
FERTILIZER DISTRIBUTION
VINE MECHANIZATION: he followed the main lines
of mechanization experiment involving the Italian viticulture. The
major interests were into the pruning, harvesting and the
contribution in the cellar.
ENOLOGICAL PLUMBING: The research concerns the
application of innovative technologies of estraction, maceration and
clarification of the must, more responsive to the needs of product
quality.
PLANT PROTECTION MACHINES: sprayer machines
are tested and prototypes designed to improve the distribution of
pesticides on vegetation and to limit their dispersal into the
environment.
MACHINES FOR BIOLOGICAL DEFENSE: a prototype
was tested for the pneumatic distribution of Phitoseide, the main useful organism used in
biological control.
FERTILIZER DISTRIBUTION: was evaluated a
prototype suitable for the distribution of composted organic
fertilizer.
