Short Bio

Holder of the course of Roman Foundations of European Law at the School of Law of the University of Bologna. She has been granted the qualification for the associate professorship (ASN 2012) for sector 12/H1, taking service as of 14 September 2014. Her main research interest range from the history of roman jurisprudence, to the roman tradition and to the fundamentals of European Law. She is author of one monograph: Ricerche sulla formazione della categoria dei cosiddetti quasi delitti, Bologna, 2010. She has collaborated on the implementation of the PRIN 2008 project “Revisione ed integrazione dei Fontes iuris Romani AntejustinianiFIRA”, national coordinator Gianfranco Purpura. She currently collaborates with the Scriptores iuris Romani project (ERC, Advanced Grant 2014), P.I. Aldo Schiavone.
