A PhD candidate in General Management at the University of Bologna since 2023, his research lies at the intersection of innovation and organizational behavior. His interests focus on how individuals and organizations identify, interpret, and solve problems, with particular attention to the role of identity in shaping problem selection, the search for solutions, and the adoption of new knowledge.
His research primarily examines scientists, scientific innovation, and technology transfer, exploring how personal and professional identities influence research choices and the translation of scientific knowledge into practical applications. As part of his doctoral studies, he is also a visiting scholar at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He contributes to several national and international research projects on the development of transversal skills, career guidance, and career design, working with universities and organizations across Europe. Alongside his academic work, he is a practitioner in the field of youth work, with a focus on educational programme design, skills development, and youth participation.
