PRIMARY FUNCTION
Coordinates the team to ensure the providing of assembly materials; Monitors the logistics flows on the output line; Ensuring and checking the stock of inventory (Kanban); Ensures compliance with the rules relating Health and Safety; Develops and coordinates new projects to ensure the efficiency of all people inside their areas, developing existing projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the application of the principles of lean manufacturing within their department Support the work of the team, of all the logistics flows to ensure better performance and quality. Verify the performance of the budget (auxiliary material stock, labor losses, means) and constantly monitoring of the same. Cooperate in resolving problems with your team.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS
College/University Degree in Management Engineering. Knowledge in MS Office Package. Excel advanced knowledge. Presentation skills. Fluent English. Problem solving attitude and excellent communication skills. Analytical Skills. Target orientation. Proactivity.
