Emilio De Lorenzo

Adjunct Professor of New Technologies for Learning at Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, adjunct lecturer at the Department of Philosophy and Educational Sciences at the University of Turin, and the Department of Human Sciences for Education at the University of Milan-Bicocca. His research focuses on studies oriented toward the perspective of a New Humanism, with an inter- and transdisciplinary approach to knowledge functional to interpreting complexity. His research lines are directed toward investigating the areas of interaction and integration between the Human Sciences and advanced technologies. He is affiliated with scientific societies and research centers, and is a member of SIREM, CITE-Centre for Information Technology in Education-Faculty of Education HKU-University of Hong Kong; he is an associate of ENSEC-European Network for Social and Emotional Competence, affiliated with the Centre for Resilience and Socio-Emotional Health-University of Malta; and a member of the Network H-Net: Humanities and Social Sciences Online.
