The Mapathon is a marathon of mapping populating OpenStreetMap, a free map of the World that is constantly updated by millions of volunteers thanks to crowdmapping. The availability of maps is crucial for aiding emergency operations as well as numerous humanitarian programmes. During the event, we show participants how to get started contributing!
