PhD in Social Work and Personal Social Services, she works in the field of university education and professional supervision. Her research interests focus on emotional intelligence in social work, professional writing practices, relational education, and the co-construction of curricula in training pathways. Her current scientific activity is centred on pedagogical innovation and reflective learning processes in social work education.
She collaborates with various Italian universities, is a member of the European Social Work Research Association (ESWRA), and is involved in national training and research projects. Author of several national and international publications, she actively contributes to the development of inclusive and sustainable practices in social work.
