Elisabetta Frascaroli

Master degree in Agricultural Science, PhD in field crops/plant breeding, Associate Professor since 2019, she carries out her reserches in the field of Agricultural Genetics. She is interested in plant breeding and in the theory of selection for complex traits (quantitative traits). She is at present involved in studying genetic control of hybrid vigour (heterosis), working with multiparental populations and in projects on exploitation of genetic biodiversity.
