Education

• 2013: Master's degree in law from the University of Bologna with a dissertation on commercial law, supervisor Prof. Avv. Antonio Rossi, grade of 110 cum laude;
• 2014: Master's degree from the Collegio Superiore of the University of Bologna;
• 2017: PhD in "Institutions and Markets, Rights and Safeguards" with a focus on "Company and Financial Market Law" at the University of Bologna, grade "excellent".

Professional experience

• from September 2013 to April 2021 legal practice and collaboration as a lawyer (qualification as lawyer at the Foro di Bologna obtained in January 2017) at a law firm in Bologna, specialising in commercial law;
• May-August 2015: research grant on a project entitled "cooperative banks" at the Supervisory Division, Regulatory Section, of the Bank of Italy;
• since 2016: lecturer in commercial law at the Department of Legal Sciences, University of Bologna;
• November 2019-October 2020: research grant in commercial law at the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Bologna, Ravenna Branch;
• from 2021 employee of BPER Banca S.p.A., Governance, Corporate Consulting and Market Abuse Office;
• since a.y. 2021/2022 adjunct professor in Commercial Law at University of Bologna, Rimini Campus.

Other activities

• I have been a member of the editorial staff of the website www.dirittobancario.it (bankruptcy jurisprudence area) and of the Osservatorio sulle Crisi d'Impresa.
• I am also the author of publications on commercial, banking and bankruptcy law and of a monograph on the subject of employee financial participation (see section "Publications").
