Researcher RTD, Department of Environmental and Prevention Sciences, University of Ferrara. Degree in Geological Sciences, PhD in Mineralogy, Petrology and Crystallography. She is a research fellow and fellow at the University of Ferrara and a holder of several courses.
Her fields of interest are i) traceability, enhancement and protection of the quality of agri-food products, through geochemical and isotopic approaches; ii) petrographic, mineralogical and geochemical characterization of mineral waste and alluvial sediments; iii) petrographic, mineralogical and geochemical characterization of building aggregates to favour their reuse; iv) analysis of environmental aspects and geochemical, petrographic, mineralogical and isotopic characterization of sediments, biota and plastics in port and seaside environments; vi) petro-archaeometric characterization and classification of archaeological and architectural materials used in Cultural Heritage, for provenance and restoration.
Author of several articles in international journals, she is involved in Third Mission and Public Engagement initiatives.
