Dr. Elena Gabellini’s research focuses on arbitration in both domestic and international contexts, as well as on issues related to injunction proceedings, with particular attention to the decision-making phase of opposition to payment orders.
For several years, her research activity has also been directed toward class actions, especially in the environmental and climate context, in addition to the issues and new perspectives that Artificial Intelligence offers in civil procedure.
As the holder of the course “Negotiation and Mediation,” Dr. Elena Gabellini also conducts research in the field of consensual justice.
