Emanuele Menegatti is Full Professor of Labour Law and Dean of the School of Economics and Management at the University of Bologna, where he is also a member of the Board of the PhD program in European Law. He has been visiting professors in several Universities, including University of Illinois (USA), Curtin University (Perth, Australia), Lund University (Sweden), Pázmány Péter Catholic University (Budapest, Ungheria), Monash University (Melbourne, Australia). His main fields of specialization are Comparative and EU Labour Law. His main research interests include minimum wage regulation, new forms of work in the gig/sharing/on-demand economy, social action of the European Union. Professor Menegatti is the co-editor of the books Labour Law and Industrial Relations in Italyand The Sources of National Labour Law in Contemporary Economy(forthcoming), both published by Wolters Kluwer. He is the editor-in-chief of the new edition of the Italian labour law e-journal. He has published in top international journals such as Comparative Labor Law and Policy Journal and International Journal of Comparative Labour Law and Industrial Relations.
