Platform for studying long-term agronomic applications of biochar launched
By joining forces, our research group and ICHAR have created a platform for comparing and studying long-term agronomic experiments with biochar.
- we have defined for the first time the meaning of 'long-term' in agronomic experiments involving biochar
- we became aware of about 200 field trials
- we surveyed and mapped 30-40 relevant experiments for the platform
- we selected and invited about 20 project representatives from Europe, the Middle East and Africa
