Davide Morselli

PhD in Materials Science at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Currently, he is researcher working in the group of Sustainable and Multifunctional Polymeric Materials lead by Prof Paola Fabbri. He had several experiences in national and international research institutions studying synthesis and characterization of polymeric and nanocomposite materials and fabrication of porous/fibrous structures for different technological applications. In particular, He had chance to be visiting at the politecnico di Torino, ETH Zurich and University of Free State (Bloemfontein, South Africa). He had been for 5 years part of the Smart Materials Group of the Italian Institute of Technology (Genova, Italy). Moreover, Davide is interested in the molecular design and synthesis of bio-based and biodegradable additives for tuning biopolymers properties.
