EDUCATION

  • Master’s degree in Food Safety and Quality (LM-7) obtained in February 2023 at the University of Pisa with a final grade of 110/110 cum Laude. Thesis title: Quantitative biofilm production assessment of Listeria monocytogenes strains isolated from pork meat products and their production environment.
  • Curricular internship from September 2022 to January 2023 at the food microbiology laboratory of the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale del Lazio e Toscana (IZSLT) in Roma.
  • Graduate intern from January 2020 to March 2020 at the food microbiology laboratory, University of Teramo-Faculty of Biosciences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology (L-26) obtained in December 2019 at the University of Teramo. Thesis title: Antimicrobial Activity of Edible Insect Extracts on Listeria monocytogenes and Pseudomonas fluorescens.
  • Erasmus+ from September 2016 to June 2017 at Universidad Miguel Hernandez de Elche-Politecnico (Spain).
