Her active research projects are on:
- design and synthesis of new beta-lactams as integrin ligands, and of new azetidinones conjugates with polyphenols.
- application of biocatalysis in redox reactions and oxidative coupling
-New monocyclic beta-lactams to target mycobacteria
-Functionalization of biomaterials for tissue regeneration
