The website collects the theoretical, experimental, and applied results of the PRIN 2022 project “The Concept of the Rule of Law: Analytical and Empirical Perspectives” (CLEAR). The project consisted of three local units: the local unit of the University of Bologna, which I coordinated and which served as the project’s coordinating unit; the local unit of the University of Palermo, led by Prof. Marco Brigaglia; and the local unit of the University of Genoa, led by Prof. Andrej Kristan and Prof. Pierluigi Chiassoni.
