Corrado Roversi is Full Professor of Philosophy of Law at the University of Bologna, where he teaches Filosofia del diritto and Philosophy of Law. He holds a PhD in Analytic Philosophy and General Theory of Law from the University of Milan.
His research focuses on legal ontology and metaphysics, constitutive rules, law as an artifact, and the relationship between law and cognitive science. He is the author of three monographs, including Artefatti giuridici. Il diritto tra intenzione, storia, funzione (Giappichelli, 2023), and co-editor, with Luka Burazin and Kenneth E. Himma, of Law as an Artifact (Oxford University Press, 2018). With Enrico Pattaro, he co-edited Legal Philosophy in the 20th Century: The Civil Law World (Springer, 2016), vol. 12 of the Treatise. He is associate editor of Ratio Juris and PI of the PRIN 2022 CLEAR project on the concept of Rule of Law.
