Nature-based solution for urban regeneration and resilience

Through the work of my PhD and within the scope of the Climate KIC Acton NBS project, I work on several topics connected with nature in the cities. Specifically I both investigate Ecosystem Services (ES) mapping and assessment methods and techniques, but also policy implication of ES distribution in the city, in terms of social and environmental justice, sustainability and resilience.

Heritage-led rural regeneration strategies (RURITAGE)

As part of the RURITAGE coordination team, I work for the RURITAGE project both in terms of management tasks, but also as leader of WP3, where we support case studies around Europe and beyond to develop their heritage-led regeneration strategies.
