    Responsibilities: Responsible for choosing course themes, creating the syllabus, delivering all the lectures, leading class discussions, producing PowerPoint presentations for each lecture, devising study guides, grading exams and attendance, and holding regular office hours for the classes each composed of at least 50 students (undergraduate, 3rd or 4th year, weekly 2 hours for 6 sections, in total 12 hours of teaching in a week for semester).

  • Lecturer (and Research Assistant) at Boğaziçi University, Atatürk Institute for Modern Turkish History, (January 2013 – January 2016).

    Courses: Ottoman Modernization and the History of Turkish Republic (Course Codes: HTR 311 and HTR 312).
