Short Bio

My research field is marketing, with a particular focus on Customer Experience and consumer behavior in the purchase and consumption of services. Within this area, I specifically investigate customer satisfaction, service failure management, and service recovery strategies.

A further area of interest concerns interactions between consumers and both human and digital agents, with the aim of understanding how these relationships influence customer perceptions, decision-making, and the overall customer experience.

Office hours

Office hours are suspended for the summer break; they will resume on September 14 online from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Office hours are an opportunity to:

i) ask questions about exams, marks, study program, etc.

ii) obtain advice on the short dissertation, evaluate the possibility of making a master's thesis

Coming to the office hours is recommended because it is not possible for me to respond in time to the high number of emails from the students.
