1) The PCOS is the commonest endocrinopathy of the women in the reproductive age. It is associated with an increased cardio- and cerebro-vascular risk. We are evaluating a new treatment that may dexrease the cardiovascular risk (l-arginine). 2) Tridimensional and 4-D live evaluation, by ultrasonography, of the pelvic organ modifications in relation with Gynecological Endocrinology pathologies (LPD, LUF, POF). 3) The prepuberal neoplastic pathologies are associated with a reduction of the ovarian follicular pool and reproductive potential. Our research is orientated to precociously characterize the ovarian pathologies after chemio or RX-therapy; 4) Recently, the WHI and 1 Million studies evidence an increased cardiovascular risk in patients treated with HRT. We are studying the possible surrogate markers of the cardiovascular risk; 5) to study the clitoral vascularization foe evaluating a possible biological component in the sexual  dysfunctions
