1) The PCOS is the commonest endocrinopathy of the women in the
reproductive age. It is associated with an increased cardio- and
cerebro-vascular risk. We are evaluating a new treatment that may
dexrease the cardiovascular risk (l-arginine). 2) Tridimensional
and 4-D live evaluation, by ultrasonography, of the pelvic organ
modifications in relation with Gynecological Endocrinology
pathologies (LPD, LUF, POF). 3) The prepuberal neoplastic
pathologies are associated with a reduction of the ovarian
follicular pool and reproductive potential. Our research is
orientated to precociously characterize the ovarian pathologies
after chemio or RX-therapy; 4) Recently, the WHI and 1 Million
studies evidence an increased cardiovascular risk in patients
treated with HRT. We are studying the possible surrogate markers of
the cardiovascular risk; 5) to study the clitoral vascularization
foe evaluating a possible biological component in the sexual
dysfunctions
