Post-doctoral research fellow within the PRIN project “University Dispute Resolution.” Adjunct professor at the Postgraduate School of Legal Professions “E. Redenti” – Department of Legal Studies, University of Bologna. Affiliate researcher at the Institute of Legal Informatics and Judicial Systems of the National Research Council (IGSG-CNR).
She holds a Ph.D. in Civil Procedure from the University of Bologna (33rd cycle). She was a Visiting Scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg. In 2022, she was part of the research team for the ministerial project “FISR 2020” on emergency civil procedure. She has also served as adjunct professor at the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the University of Bologna, within the course “Justice Policies.” Since 2018, she has been qualified to practise law.
Her research focuses on the relationship between private autonomy and civil litigation, both in its influence on procedural regulation and in forms of consensual dispute resolution. She pays special attention to the impact of digitalization and organizational innovation on the justice system.
