She graduated in 2011 from the Faculty of Education in Bologna in the degree course "Formazione al lavoro e alle professioni" with a thesis on the management of the 2008 economic crisis in Emilia Romagna and the relative use of social safety net. She continued her studies in the legal-economic field, obtaining a Master's degree in "Relazioni di Lavoro" at the Faculty of Economics "Marco Biagi" in Modena.
Then, under the supervision of Prof. Michele Tiraboschi, she obtained an industrial PhD in Labour Law at the University of Bergamo, which led her to combine her studies with a professional path within the Human Resources Department of Ducati Motor Holding, where she developed her doctorate project on the DESI dual training programme.
After completing her doctorate, she remained in Ducati's Human Resources Department, where she held various positions within the different areas of the Department: from labour law and industrial relations to organisation and compensation, and the management of personnel on secondment abroad. She currently holds the position of Industrial Relations and HR Compliance.
